It is a core part of our philosophy to be open and direct, which includes in relation to charges. For our standard PC and Network support services our standard rate is £40 per hour or part thereof plus VAT. Non-standard work and long term contracts are subject to quotation.

Full or partial design, procurement, installation and configuration of complete networks (including cabling), using your existing hardware where possible but always to ensure that your network operates reliably and achieves your business objectives.
A full call out and routine network maintenance service, including, for established customers, remote support over the web, installation of new hardware and software, managing access protocols, maximisation of opportunities for hardware and software sharing, troubleshooting and system upgrades
Procurement and set up of appropriate connectivity, including broadband, ISDN, fibre optic and telephone PABX and cabling.
Remote off-site storage of data and business critical software.
Updating and management of web-sites, including hosting and small scale web-site design
Full or partial contracting out of your IT maintenance function.
