We offer two distinct but complementary services, being PC and Network Support; and strategic business and financial advice, with a particular emphasis on how to use the internet to enhance your business. It is a core part of our philosophy to be open and direct, which includes in relation to charges. For our standard PC and Network support services our standard rate is £40 per hour or part thereof plus VAT. Non-standard work and long term contracts are subject to quotation.
A full review of your existing network including hardware structure, and applications and software used; procedures for system security, back-up, business recovery, and protection against hacking and virus attack; company policies for computer use.
Full or partial design, procurement, installation and configuration of complete networks (including cabling), using your existing hardware where possible but always to ensure that your network operates reliably and achieves your business objectives.
A full call out and routine network maintenance service, including, for established customers, remote support over the web, installation of new hardware and software, managing access protocols, maximisation of opportunities for hardware and software sharing, troubleshooting and system upgrades
Procurement and set up of appropriate connectivity, including broadband, ISDN, fibre optic and telephone PABX and cabling.
Remote off-site storage of data and business critical software.
Updating and management of web-sites, including hosting and small scale web-site design
Full or partial Outsourcing of your IT maintenance function.
You may have an IT department, but when you assign to it a new business critical IT development project, guess what goes on the back-burner and get delayed when ordinary network maintenance is needed. This may be the moment to outsource the network maintenance on a temporary or medium term basis to ensure that the business critical development project is not delayed. Make sure your IT remains a variable, manageable cost, as opposed to a simple business overhead.
